Hard-to-Maintain Sites, Poor Customer Discovery

5 separate brand websites were difficult for a small marketing team to maintain and offered a fragmented customer experience. Limited site structure and features made the brands hard to discover, reduced engagement, and prevented customers from understanding or exploring the full product ecosystem.

One Centralized Website

Integrated all brands into one centralized website, making updates and promotions manageable for a small marketing team.

Reviewed old sites and leading beauty websites to identify best practices for structure, navigation, and engagement.

Information Architecture & Sitemaps

Consolidated sitemaps to unify 5 brands and optimize content hierarchy

Ideation & Wireframes

Developed low-fidelity wireframes for navigation, discovery, and product flows.

Visual Design & Rebranding

Designed mood boards, typography, and color systems; created the new parent brand logo and brand guidelines.

High-Fidelity Prototypes & Implementation

Refined solutions based on feedback until workflows were finalized

Reflection

This project taught me how to design scalable multi-brand experiences and improve efficiency for small teams. Next time, I’d integrate user testing and analytics earlier to further optimize the customer journey.
